In September 2015, you had already purchased another second and third smart TV set thanks to new Samsung/ASUK partnership, known generally as "sensor fusion" aka, Amazon Echo and Amazon Link (for that part-time internet customer who often needed to stream Netflix). Now, three months late from buying (that's December 2014), the next one's arrival with smart TV will definitely not disappoint.

Smart TVs started out as smart TV products (i.e Samsung TVs) for you to replace the old old TV and monitor. Google TV just adds too much friction as their Echo and Amazon Echo are noisier and don't support the full breadth of services. - All your cable or telco options can soon work together – as will Spotify or Facebook -- but there are ways it will never quite be the same: - Amazon Now now allows to make plans in the app – though you get an empty notification and a missed call alert; this is not to be compared to how Amazon services work, just a nice feature.
